Mehreen’s background in psychology, international & domestic affairs, gender equity & working with special people, adds a broader dimension to her work with people in organizations.
She obtained her Masters from the University of Karachi in International Relations and Bachelors from DHA Degree College for Women in Psychology, Political Science and Education. She has attended a number of courses internationally such as “Management of Managers” (The Challenge of Leadership) with the University of Michigan Business School & Dr Peter Senge’s ‘The Learning Organization – Building a Sustainable Future,’ in Dubai.

Having successfully facilitated projects across the private & public sectors, with multi-level stake-holder involvement, she embarked upon her agenda of pursuing effectiveness & efficiency in the social sector, by creating Stimulus, a for-profit, consulting firm, offering innovative business solutions to the social development community as well as private corporations, on the mandate of corporate social responsibility & sustainability.
Mehreen devotes considerable time to management studies and research on subjects of her interest. She tests efficacy of new learnings within Navitus & outside & where needed, adapts concepts & tools to suit the local culture.
